Blue Bell Ultimate Toad Suck Daze Experience
The Blue Bell Ultimate Toad Suck Daze Experience is open to students in grades Kindergarten thru Fourth Grade. Two winners will be named in the 2012 contest. The winner and their immediate family (up to 6 people) will receive the below listed prizes, only during the 2012 festival. Winners will be selected by an anonymous and independent judging panel. All entries must include the entrant’s name, parent’s name, grade, school, and phone number. A complete list of rules is below. The Deadline to enter is Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 5:00 pm.

- $200 in Toad Bucks to be used during Toad Suck Daze.

Official Rules and Regulation
- The Blue Bell Ultimate Toad Suck Daze Experience Contest runs from 8:00 am (Central Standard Time) on Monday, April 9, to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 25.
- To participate, simply submit a story about toads and Blue Bell Ice Cream. Please limit story length to a hundred (100) words. Children are encouraged to use their imagination. Stories mayt be submitted to the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce in person, by mail, or email. The address is: 900 Oak Street, Conway AR 72032. Please email to ToadSuckConwayArkansas.org.
- All entries must include the Child’s name, parent’s name, grade, school, and phone number.
- All entries become the property of the Toad Suck Daze Committee and the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.
- This contest is open to all children who are in school grades kindergarten to fourth grade.
- An independent panel of judges will select two winners.
- Each winner will receive: Free Blue Bell Ice Cream during the Toad Suck Daze festival, Two hundred (200) Toad Bucks, Free Toad Suck Daze t-shirts for the family, Access to the VIP Rooftop, and Special VIT Toad Racing. Shirts for the family are limited to six (6).
- Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the winning entry, and with permission from a legal guardian. The entrant must comply with all contest rules.
- The winners will be selected by a panel of independent judges no later than Monday, April 30, 2012. The judges’ decisions are final and not subject to review.
- The chances of winning will depend on the number and quality of the stories submitted and the judgment of the panel of judges.
- Prizes will be awarded upon verification that the potential winning entrants have met all contest requirements and upon consent of legal guardian. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
- Attempts will be made to contact potential winning entrants at the telephone number listed on the story. If a potential winning entrant cannot be contacted, based on a wrong number, the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to void that entry and select another potential winning entrant for the prize.
- By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations. The decisions of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce are final.
- By submitting a story in the contest, entrants agree that the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and Blue Bell Ice Cream shall have the right to use the entrant’s name, story and photograph without compensation in any advertising or publicity before or during the festival.
- This contest is subject to all relevant laws.
- The Conway Area Chamber of Commerce does not, under any circumstances, sell or willingly disclose to any third party, information that is gathered.
